...even a Leica M book cost a bomb

Hi fellow RF,

Was trying to read up about hyperfocal distance and street photography using the Leica M.
someone mention this book and shocked that this "Leica M: Advanced Photo School" by Gunther Osterloh cost a bargain price of US$699.99 from Amazon.

Any fellow RF'er know where to get this at a more reasonable price ?
National Library don't even have this in their reference section.

I can lend it to you if you want to read it. I bought mine for about $80/90 if I'm not wrong.
It has appreciate much more than Leica lenses..:bsmilie::bsmilie::bsmilie:
