Our equipment list has been slowly balooning in size. In a unexpected twist, we serve now cater and outfit many foreign photographers who come to singapore for assignments.

Hi...

Fortunately and unfortunately, the prices of items are very much controlled by the owners themselves. Our agency, does not step in and tell em' how much they should charge. A very big step in market defocusing.

This also helps to create a more competitive pricing. If you're not expecting much from your equipment, you could simply price it really really low (while others price more conservatively). Its really a pricing strategy that the owners themselves control. Most of the time, an equipment is only taken out about an average of 4 times a month, with the max frequency experienced is about 19 times of month. This way they themselves regulate their prices in accordance to their competitors.

So many owners try to go with a lump sum rather than make many over repeated rentals. For this, I do hope that you can understand why pricing and discounts are rather tricky on our side.

However, should you have any further ideas, feel free to discuss them online or via an email. You can even drop by our studio, and discuss this over a cup of coffee.

Our agency is also looking at offers to 'buy-out' the rental project database. Hopefully, a bigger agency with more dedicated resources will be able to provide the community with better deals. Any interested parties?

For myself, by Feb next year I will be heading over to L.A, to start shooting there. Gotta chase a bigger dream.
