I wanted to see images from our local talent and to ascertain who are the lucky Singaporeans who own this cam.
It's not on sale here. About $5000 in the US and $4400 in HK.
When are you picking yours up?
Cheerios,

sabahan said:Is about HK 40,000 for the body only.
Terence said:Altezza, any problems with the rangefinder calibration and viewfinder alignment on your unit? Hot/stuck pixels? I hear the issues are plenty.
tao said:is it the RD-1 body, the lens or the photog, why do all the shots look so 3-dimensional compared with most typical DSLR shots?

I bought one, borrowed my brother's Leica lens collection, less than a week later he 'borrowed' the Rd-1. Never saw it again after 3 months.......

Terence said:I just picked up a FED-2/Industar 61 and a Yashica GSN, I have a feeling that they'll be coming out with pretty decent shots. stay tuned, I'd post some examples when I get around to buying a scanner.

Its around $3000 ++ to $4000 forgot the price.
I still think that its not value for money.
Ansel said:Don't need to buy scanner lah, just send to KEX to scan. $6 a roll only, cheap cheap. High res somemore.
