EP-2 Battery pack

you'll be changing batts every 15 mins. ever tried disposables in your flash? their lifespan is even shorter than NiCDs. not to mention they're darn environmentally-unfriendly too... i'd rather stick with my mod or the EP-2 and not worry about missing moments when i'm busy reloading batts... hee....

i've tried it with EP-2, last a long time... enuff for a event...

Same here. Now considering Quantum +1 and also Quantum +1c.
However, still need to find out how to connect to power camera in case 5D (and 7D) batteries no longer available.

Just got my KM's EP-2 external battery pack. Done a simple test on using the red test button
Without connect to the EP2:
around 7 seconds
connect to EP2:
around 3 seconds
For the red charge light to re-show/full charge again , so it's really do as what it claimed .

Yup, did the test with EP-2 BP, seems to work the same way... it simply half the recycling time.

I did manage to get some Sanyo 2500 NiMH (set of 4) from best denki for $11.90 (I think the pricing is wrong) so I bought 5 sets with me... hahaaha.

I did manage to get some Sanyo 2500 NiMH (set of 4) from best denki for $11.90 (I think the pricing is wrong) so I bought 5 sets with me... hahaaha.

Can't remember which one, but was passing by and saw the price and I thought... well, normally it is like $18 market price for retail, don't wait and I wanted to buy all, but discover another 2 is $22.50each.. hahaha.. so I conclude it is wrong labeling.
