enquiry on Bulk film sales

hey guys ... heard that bulk film dun really always on the shelves right? heard tat we have to wait for months before new stock arrive and it will take around a week or so to clear the stock, is tat true?

anyway when is the stock coming? coz quite paiseh always getting equote from CP ....
