Of course use with hands for non-motorized. I wanted to know which part to turn so from the video, it's to turn at the knob ...

With carrying capacity it can carry GH4 so this is good. But, even then, we are not sure of the space it allows the camera to sit ... at 0 degree and 90 degrees
