my ways of making a black border on the print i guess is the most troublesome..

one of the way is to cut a board smaller than the photo paper and expose it with the board on top, then i carefully expose the image area again..

Are there easier ways to do it consistently?or any easel board that can make it ?

what are your ways of making a black border??

Black marker pen or Fountain pen with Indian Ink :D

My suggestion is, if you're ever getting a 4-blade easel (which helps), cut out a stiff blackcard board of your usual print area on your 8x10. You can also gauge by cutting out the centre portion of failed prints.

Now give yourself say about 2mm perimeter on your new print area, expose your neg FIRST, then put the cardboard over and burn the 2mm perimeter until chao ta.

Tedious...
