Today when I tried my Dynax 5D the shutter seem to be stuck at 4 secods shutter speed. Even when I set the shutter speed to 1/4000 it was stuck at 4 seconds. Took out the batery than place it back still the same problem. I than decided to reset to factory default and every thing was back to normal. Anyone with thhe same problem?

Do you mean even when you use S or M and set shutter speed at 1/4000, the shutter still takes 4 sec to close? That's real wierd.

Yeah weird even in S or M speed stuck at 4sec. Fix it by resetting to factory default. Now I'm having another weird problem my Kingston 1GB CF card is displaying 166 picture left when the card is empty and the resolution is set to max and picture quality set to extra find. On my Lexar which has 114 pictures is showing a 130 pictures all the images on it were set to extra fine with resoution set at full.

wah bro... sounds like you're having serious problems with the circuitry.. better get it checked before you lose photos...

It seems to only affect my Kingston CF card. It displays 166 but the counter only goes down after every 2 shots.

i've had similar experiences with my kingston cards, but only when i've reached 0000. sometimes powering it off/on or reviewing gets me another one or two more shots. but that's inconsistent, and i seldom shoot till the card runs out completely. just that i've noticed it happening on the few occasions when i did.

My CF card was formated by the camera. Since the problem doesn't affect the storage of my images I can live with it. I'll probably send the camera to Sony before the warranty expires.
