dynax 5 problems

Anyone have probs with battery indication? sometimes it's erratic, show low power when still got lots of power, manual says must on off several times, but this doesn't always work! today it even showed low batt and refused to on, despite on/off several times, finally fed up, took out batts and put back in, then suddenly show full power! sigh..... will use warranty soon, but anyonw facing same prob?

how's the Dynax 5? problem solved?

experiencing similar problems - the batt
indicator blinks, also tried switching it on
and off, but didn't help

hi juv, I think your batt low, try changing to a new batt and see if it works? when the batt reaches the bottom, the camera will refuse to on and the batt display will blink only. I discovered later that my batts were really low, changed batts and it works fine now, BUT it still doesn't explain the phenomenon of taking out my old batts and putting it back again, and the camera showing full power and working fine for at least 2 rolls more! try it with yours and see if you get the same? just remove old batts, wait a while, put back. maybe got instant power charge like mine!
