dust / hair / spots in Nikon D70 sensor?

Hi
I have noticed these spots and hair in my images recently, especially with f/22 setting. I have switched different lens and these are still there. I suspect it is on the sensor. can confirm this?
I use a Nikon D70.

Any idea where to clean it economically? Thanks
