Does the black FUJI lens have better resale value over the silver?

Hi all

Planning to get the Fuji 35mm F2 lens for my silver XT1.
Apart from aesthetics, are there any other considerations like better resale value for the black over the silver etc?

Bodies tend to change over time and you might end up with a different colour body in future. Lens however last for a long time.

Silver body + silver lens = ok
Silver body + black lens = also ok
Black body + silver lens = ugly
Black body + black lens = ok

If I have a choice, I would go back and change my lens to black colour wherever possible.

Silver bodies tend to be more popular, based on what I hear from shop salesmen
Hence u might want to consider silver if your concern is resale

You are welcome.. But I forgot to mention that for black lenses, any wear and tear will be more apparent - that might affect resale value

So far only X-T1 graphite silver the best silver they make.x100t silver not bad, X-E series silver okok nia, X-T10 silver is like a toy camera , the worst silver same like X-A,x30
