Do KT Digital Imaging develop digital print in MATT finish?

Appreciate if someone could answer my following queries regardind KT digital Imaging :

1) Do KT digital Imaging develop digital photo in Matt finish (not glossy)? I encountered a couple of shops that only develop glossy finish for digital print.

2) What is their turnaround time for developing digital print (i.e. how many days do I have to wait?)

3) Do I have to do the 4R size cropping when I submit my digital images files to them?

They use the new version of matt paper called Lustre. Its closer to "satin" of some other brands. Turnover can be same day if you request. Or else next day lunch time. They will drop you a call the moment your job is done.
