I was there in Apr & Aug last year.
The 2nd trip was cut short, due to Typhoon Masah's proximity. It was a fun filled adventure for me....
There is 2 - 3 dive shop in the town area near the city, but if you are DIY they may not have enough people to start the trip.
Dive spots. Let me dig out the flyer and post them here....
