You can try Cathay at Peninsular Plaza. It should be around 1720-1750. Why Minolta Scan Elite 5400, you can also consider Nikon Coolscan V at 1170-1200. Minolta Scan Dual 3 at 550-580. I know someone is going to :mad2: me. All are excellent scanners.

If you want to digitise your entire picture collection then get a film scanner else get someone to do it for you if you only have a few rolls. :sweat:

I have the Dual Scan III. It's cheap and good, but no Digital ICE.

You might want to consider Canon's FS4000U. It scans up to 4000dpi and has FARE (Canon's own version of ICE). Believe it's selling in the shops for only $899 or so. It's a great price as it used to retail for $1600 (I think) or so. Supports only USB 1.1 though.
