Hey guys, looking for a HD camcorder and choose to go with Canon. Will be using it for mini-movies, interviews and projects and of course to record my vacations!

The models mentioned in the title are of different price but the specs are the same except for the build in memory size!

Need some help choosing.

Difference between HF-S21 and HF-S30:
- HF-S21 has 64gb build-in memory while HF-S30 has 32gb
- HF-S21 uses Super Range OIS image stabalizer while HF-S30 uses Electronic type / Dynamic image stabalizer
- HF-S21 about $500 more expensive

HF-S20 does not have viewfinder

I prefer one with viewfinder so i guess HF-S20 is out.

Is HF-S21 worth the $500 difference?

Cheers!

Generally, Electronic image stabiliser don't give very good results. If you do a lot of handhheld shots, the OIS alone would be worth paying $500 for.
