Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to only have the negatives developed w/o printing and how much that roughly cost ? Also do they burn tifs or dngs on cd or provide somehow the files from negatives ?

thanks

Most analog lovers here go to tripleD to develop and scan at home later. Scans from a lab is usually low resolution more suitable for view and print of nt bigger than 4R, never actually tried printing bigger tho

usually labs only provide 4 base and 16 base scans, 4 base is good for 4R prints and you may still able get usable 5R prints.

16 base is good for 8R prints but at a much higher cost.

AFAIK, the software they use only provide BMP and JPG for Fuji Machine.

if you want other file formats than these, than you have buy a scanner to scan your own.

just started dev my own film. it's super easy. i've got a scanner too, all part of the hobby i guess.

Ruby charges 6.50 for 36 frames, btw.

develop plus scan?

Yes, I normally develop at fotohub. Scanning is an additional cost.

If you ask them to burn tiffs on a cd, it's the same as asking them to scan.
