Deleting old threads

Noticed that some old threads were locked and am unable to delete them... How can I delete them?

The option for "delete thread" is available under the "thread tools", but nothing happens when I clicked on it... It merely "refresh"...

you can PM the mods in charge of the section which your threads belongs to. Please note that Admins and Mods have the final decision of granting such requests.
