Damaged 40D Body

Hi evryone out there, need ur advise. I' had drop my 40D body, and i don't really know bad is the damaged. The LCD screen shows no images of what i had taken after that. It shows only colourful orangy image. Is it worth to send for repair and what is the repair will it cost or worst, unrepairable. Pls advise. Thank you.

How should we know how much the repair will cost? Bring it to CSC, ask for a quotation.

Nobody able to tell you how much would cost by just reading your post without seeing your camera.

the best person can advice you is the service technician from Canon Service Center, just bring your camera to let them diagnose it, will give you a quote to let you decide.

LCD screen doesn't work anymore eh...but when you connect the CF card to your computer, does the images look fine? If it's just the LCD screen damaged, then it shldn't be *too* costly
