D60,D80 or D90

i like the D90 specs and images but the size and weight is a real put off, nearly a kilo. I'm now considering the D60 or D40. From what I have read, Nikon's AF and metering is way superior to Canon.

I do not understand why they always make all the top models so unnecessarily big and heavy.Hand tired lah, takes away all the fun in photography.

D90 = 620g
D60 = 495g
