D40 hot shoe cover

1) Ignore this moron... I've never seen someone so unreasonable as to demand for the hotshoe cover. It's like buying a 2nd hand SD card, then (later) demanding that the seller supply the small plastic case by post.

2) Offer him a take it or leave it choice: Accept a $3 refund or else... too bad.

I don't remember every body comes with a hot shoe cover. Some have, some don't.

What an unreasonably fussy buyer. To me he is bullying you, since once the item is sold, you are not obligated to get minor items like the hot shoe cover and post to him, wasting your time and money. Once the transaction is done and the camera changes hands, its his responsibility for anything missing. If he insist, charge him $10 for the postage, transport and time, or else forget it, its his mistake and he is taking advantage of you. :thumbsd:

hahaha..i think i am being nice to him already by looking around to find the hot shoe cover. Well there is no stocks around so no choice, i cant post to him either. hope he realise it and find it himself

After so long he finally smsed me asking for his hot shoe cover...faint~
but being kind enough i replied saying its out of stocks and if he could buy it i would be gladly to refund him the money. Hope he understands its just a $3 thing and he can easily buys it anywhere provided there is stocks available

I wonder why he keep insisting for the cover...my D40x's cover was lost without a trace...really hard to keep for muddleheaded ppl like me...But when I sold it off recently, I replaced it with my S5 Pro's cover...

no i didnt cos i also dont remember about the hot shoe cover le but he checked before agree to buy.

anyway..i told him i cant find and if he can find i will be gladly to refund him. And hes ok with it. so i think case close bah if he finds it then see if he wants to claim the $3 from me lor.l.if he claim then i refund bah
