D & D photographer needed

Hi, my company is looking for a photographer for our Annual D & D ((approx. 170pax) at RWS on 29 Jan 2011 from 6pm to 11pm.

Interest pls pm me by Monday (17 Jan). I'll review & will contact the shortlisted candidate by Tuesday

Kindly provide me with the following information:

1) Your charges (this is a must cos' I will not call one by one to check)

2) Your portfolio/website (Will be good to have as it'll be easier for me to decide)

3) Any other interesting packages (optional)

Budget? it all depend on what you have to offer...
