i managed to find a minty chrome copy of the nokton 50/1.5 recently and last week, saw a black copy at the evil triangle! Grab fast if you're keen!

the 50mm F1.5 sonnar is fast and compact but the learning curve is steep.

Yep...must go back to Zeiss-Japan.
It is FOC if you have the warranty card...just have to pay for shipping from here to Tokyo.

If the warranty is over? Should one talk to Zeiss Singapore if one wants the lens calibrated?
