corporate video wanted

asking on behalf of a friend. The company is looking for production of a corporate video about 5min long, like some interview with the boss, show some of the work at the production plant, and corporate core values.

Please tell me how do you charge, either by the length of the final video or by the number of days of shooting.

Looking for full package, not just videographer/photographer.
