When you say "pass to my clients", if this is done as a paid service then there is a clear breach of copyright law at this point and the copyright holder would be able to claim damages since he has suffered a loss. The fact that the client then posts the offending material on a website may or may not add to your offence, but it certainly makes it more likely that someone will notice.
