I've been using MegaPower for my Ixus 400 for 3~4 years now...
As for the 350D, I've been using Eastgear's... no problem...

If you are using Sony or Dell's, thats a concern... :bsmilie:

Have 4 MegaPower 3rd-party batteries for my cameras for the past year or so....didn't give me any problem at all.

had been using eastgear batteries for the past year on my 300D. No problems at all, as of today.

So far no problems with my 3rd party battery and my 350D. Holds the charge well.
