Collected Sanyo Charger/Batt but....

I collected my Charger / Batt. Read the instructions and put it on to charge with the new batt. but no LED at all. " I think no charging. Try other plug also the same. Is mine a defective set...??

Sounds like a defective set. I plugged in mine, switched it on and it started charging (LED on).

Mine too.
LED is on when charging.

Btw, maybe you can test the batts on your digicam first? Might be the batteries which are faulty? If it works, then try charging again.

Just a suggestion

i have the same problem too.

The LED light came on for about 2 seconds, then no more.

Try putting in 2 other batteries but still no response. Now I am just letting it "charge" to see whether the batteries will heat up or not.

So far not so good......

Do you have other rechargeable batts (1850, 1600, etc)? If you do, maybe you can charge those to test if the charger is working fine?

I use the new Sanyo batt 2100. Provided with the charger.

So you're charging 2 batts only? Did you place them at the end positions?

With another 2 new one I collected - Total 4 sanyo new 2100 batt.

got mine too.. so far no prob.. time taken to charge 4 new 2100 sanyo batteries abt 3.5hrs.

Use an adaptor.
