I noticed that:
- if you browse a thread, you'll see Paging (i.e. Previous Page, Next Page)
- if you browse a clinic, you'll see Load More Threads
Not sure about you, but I don't really like the Load More Threads approach. It clutters up the screen too much -- especially if you've had lots of threads loaded up. Also, it's easy to over scroll, resulting in page reload (i.e. "Loading" shows up).
Hope the admins -- or whoever deals with the iPad app -- can do something about this.
