Hi.

I'm currently doing freelance video for events and concerts, but not for wedding, as I feel that the local market for wedding video is very over-saturated with people who are fighting to give the best price, and reciprocated by people who are fighting for the best price, at the expense of quality memories of the day of your life.

I want to introduce cinematic wedding videography as a trend into the local market, and at the same time making it affordable, but not have it scream 'cheap'.

To build up my portfolio, I have thus decided to do a partnership video with one couple who is really interested in collaborating to produce a cinematic wedding video for their special day, for free of course!

The free package will include up to 3 meetings with the couple to discuss their style and expectations and also for them to approve or give comments on the shots that we need to take. Also it will include up 1 full day of shoot prior to the wedding day, and a full day shoot on the actual day it self. There will be no express edit, so if you want express, then hire another videographer for that purpose. The package will also include 1 correction on the final edited video, 1 offline edit verification before online editing starts and also original soundtrack so there is no copyright issues to worry about. The video will be shot and edited in HD 1080i. The final product will be output in DVD Standard Definition with the H.264 High Definition file placed in the same DVD-ROM disc. Therefore the disc will be read by most DVD players in SD and can be played back on a computer in HD.

Since this is a partnership, I will want to interview the couples personally to decide on which couple I wish to collaborate with. Though the final video belongs to the couple, I will have web and broadcasting copyrights to the video in both SD and HD formats for use for my portfolio.

So those interested can contact me for more info at yihern@gmail.com and I look forward to working with one lucky couple out there. One last thing I forgot to add, we should have at least 3 months runway to the actual wedding date.

If you would like to see my style, please visit http://www.bobbylime.com and under the portfolio page, view the second video, Letter from God. Click on the video such that it opens youtube in another window, and in the bottom right corner of the video window, click 'view in HD' or something to that extent to view the video in High Definition.

Thanks.

Look forward to hearing from some couples soon! (:
