Child within tells us a story of a working adult who just came back from work, and found an important item that brought him back to his childhood days. For few split seconds, he became a child with a body of an adult.
No matter how old we are, there is always a child within us.

I was planning to shoot a short clip about how each adults like myself still love to play a child's game/toys. It's not like i'm retarded, but I found out that when I went to the Waseda Japanese high school Singapore for the school's festival, the atmosphere and joy around just brings the memories when I grew up as a child in Japan. The Japanese water balloon yoyo was one toy I used to play during festivals back then, and during the festival, I had the chance to win the water balloon yoyo through a traditional Japanese festival game. I was having a child mind that day, and I wished the day never ended.
However, the reality checked in the next day: I was back in my office, doing my work.

Shot in an hour at night with Nikon Coolpix L10. Used tripod for all the scenes, and asked Adit's (my housemate) to help out panning the earlier 2 scenes. The background music is titled PeterPan by my good friend, Nico, which he composed just for this short.
A prime example of when passion meets broke, creativity is born!
