Check shutter count for PEN: Here's how

Eh.... Hahahahha, ok, suppose we have 1 camera and 2 memory cards. Insert memory card A and take a shot, 1 picture inside memory card A numbered 1, and shutter count is one, replace memory card A with memory card B,reset naming sequence and take a shot, memory card B will have 1 image numbered 1 but shutter count will be 2 hope this is clearer :embrass:

Hi Spidey! The thing is I have used the same card since the beginning and have never reset the counter to zero. I have actually physically in my hard drive upwards of 7500+ photos and video files from the E-PL1 and this includes all the photos/videos I deleted which means the total is already more than the shutter count of 7416. That's why my assumption that maybe video 'shutter' count is not recorded, only stills. :dunno:
