Cheapest way to ship goods from China to SG?

Need to ship over 30 kg worth of goods from China to Singapore.

It's a type of home decor and I wonder what will be the cheapest way to ship them to Singapore.

Delays are okay. I don't want it to reach at lightning speeds, so is there any discount for slow delivery?

30kg not considered a lot. Someone I know share the cost of a container to ship furnitures over. But those are very big bulky items. For 30kg, maybe a local freight forwarding company can handle that. For 30kg, there may be little difference between air freight or sea freight.
