Cheap Hot-shoe adapter for non Minolta Flash

Saw this HK guy at another forum making and selling adapter for non-Minolta flash to be used on Dimage cameras:

It is much cheaper than the FS1100 and has additional pc sync interface. Not sure whether it can be used on Minolta film cameras though. Note that I'm not endorsing the product, just post this for your info.
