Cheap and Good 37mm Wide Angle Conversion Lens for videocam

I am new to videography and probably spoiled by ultra wide lens choices in DSLRs. I need a cheap and good wide conversion lens for my 37mm mount video cam. I rarely use video and hence I am not willing to spend 200+ for a Raynox... looking for a cheap and usable please. 2nd hand also OK.

Need your help on shop, reco on model and approximate price please. Thanks in advance
