CF cards - cheapest places to buy?

I'm looking for Sandisk Extreme III 8gb and Lexar Professional 233x 4gb.

What are the cheapest places to buy?

I looked at the memory cards price guide and only photography shops are listed there. I've been told non-photography shops are cheaper for Memory cards.

Cheapest so far has been Orient Photo - $55 for 8gb ExtremeIII

Anyone know any good shops with great prices for these shops? Preferably at Funan but Simlim is okay too..

Best Bargain at SLS usually has pretty good price. Check to see whether their memory cards carry Singapore authorized dealer warranty or their own shop warranty. Sometimes they sell gray products.

One thing to note, the Extreme III that you have mentioned is the old model from Sandisk. IIRC, this CF is rated at 20MB/s.

The new models are Extreme Pro (90MB/s), Extreme (60MB/s) and Ultra (30MB/s).

Best Bargain from SLS is selling the new Ultra 8GB @ $50.8 (price list: 7 Jan 2010).
