Synopsis
Sudden Nature is a film by director Isaac Kerlow that explores new narratives to express human emotions and the unpredictable forces of nature.
The film includes live action sequences plus a visual collage of 2D and 3D computer animation, drawing, painting and music. This creative mosaic challenges the audiences perception of nature and its impact on human life.
The films narrative is built on a simple yet stylized approach. A relationship between an ancestral couple unfolds through simple actions, body moves and facial expressions that reflect and interact with natural elements (earth, water, wind and fire) and natural disasters (storms, earthquake, floods and eruptions).
