Canon to update it's GnX powershot series

First, the G1X mark3 is rumored to be updated with an APS-C sensor. Now the G5X mark 2 with DPAF is also around the corner.
Looks like Canon is trying to put it's new 1" DPAF sensor in as many models as possible. This is likely the same sensor in their latest XF400, XF405 and GX10.
The Powershot that rivals Sony RX10 in terns of video capabilities is the G3X. That's the only one with headphone output.
So expect a G3X mark 2 soon with possibly 4K and definitely DPAF.

Both are great documentary cameras.
The G3X design does have a few advantage over the RX10; namely:
- a selfie LCD
- lighter, more compact body. (less serious-looking)

But the RX10 wins with the XLR-K2M accessory shoe and S-log2 profile
