canon HF100 MTS file conversion

hi people,

I have some MTS files from HF100 in my harddisk.

I have access to install adobe premiere elements, sony movie maker, bundled canon software. Does any of these allows raw conversion of MTS files on the harddisk to avi? I don't want to install to many garbage programs on my laptop.
