Hi,
I am currently having a photography kit (canon 350D and Canon EF Lenses) and planning to start videography. I am planning to buy a Canon HF 100.

Would it be possible to use the EF lenses on the HF 100?

Even if you can find an adapter that lets you mount the EF lenses on an HF100, bear this in mind:

1. The EF lenses will be stuck at maximum aperture all the time, unless you use an EOS camera to preset the aperture.

2. The cropping factor will convert all the EF lenses, even the wide angle ones, into super-telephoto field of view, so you will need to stand in Katong to shoot the actors in Bedok. :) Unless you are planning to shoot wildlife or planets, it's not very practical.

I do not think so it is possible. Some EF lenses are 10 times the size of the HF100. If I did not remember wrongly, only the XL series of camcorder from Canon will be able to accept EF lenses. :)

congrats if you take the effort to do so but in my opinion....really not worth.
