Canon G2 Adapter Ring & Accessories

Just bought a G2 over the weekend.

I find that its a bit hard to hold cos I'm quite used to using my left hand to support the lens...much like an normal film SLR. But can't cos the lens moves when focussing.

Hence thought of buying an adapter ring. Was quoted $45 for a silver one with 52mm filter ring. So darn ex !

Anyone bought one for cheaper ? Wd appreciate if can share your kang tao...

Try using Cathay Photo's e-quote. Should give you a better price, so you won't be "ketoked"

I just bought a silver 52mm adapter last week. $25 from AP. Without bargaining and inclusive of GST.

Anyone knows where i can get a black one?

I think the original Canon one is 58mm filter size.
So wd prefer to get this one...plus also black colour, so matches
my black G2

Also, I also own an EOS 30 with 28-105mm with 58mm filter thread, so if buy this one then no need to build up another range of filters...

i brought a third party 52mm filter from SLS first floor, the guy wasn't really nice one at the corners, right of alan photo, paid $30. it is rather difficult to find a black adapter around.
