Canon EOS 1100D lens

Someone gave me a used 1100D but the lens seem to be spoilt and the focus is not clear.

Anyone knows where I can get a replacement lens or find a substitute / secondhand one online?

The body seems to be good just the lens focus is bad.

Also, it would be helpful if you state the model of the lens. Likely it is the EF-S 18-55, but there are many other options possible.
