thats very cool and nice music too.

Hi Inveritas, nice effort and glad to know someone here trying time lapsed photography too.

I have also just started with time lapsed photography. Here's my 1st timelapsed video

I do have some questions when watching the video. 1stly, did you increase the contrast or saturation of your photos? Secondly, where you trying to display the activity around the school as the school took a portion of the scenes?

That's a nice house you have :D Imho you could use more fps though.

Yeah, I increased contrast of my photos first from photoshop before putting the images together with Quicktime. I was just testing timelapse capabilities on my 400D, the buildings you see are factories around my flat, not schools :).

hi inveritas

What was your shot per second ?
I like the way the clouds move, its so smooth.
I tried using a video camera with some stop-motion function
but didnt like the outcome

For a smooth video, have at least 25 images running / second for the software part. "Hardware"-wise, make sure the time in between shots is set at below 15 seconds :).

Which means, 30 minutes in real-time will give you about 5 seconds of video with the above settings.

or 5 seconds between shots = 15 second video and so on...
