Can you plan street photography?

NO....I only plan what equipment to bring along for the shoot...

This is the most difficult part... because you cannot plan...for all the right elements to fall in place is pure chance...right moment...right light...right subject...right posture...right expression...right place...right lens...right aperture...etc...
