Can you live without internet?

Ever heard of M1 broadband? ;p

But he only a while, temporary no internet at home, cannot just go & sign this kind of plan mah... now all the internet plan also like h/p line, 2 yr contract leh...

Haha! What a conicidence, I had lost my connection for 6 days and I was already cursing and swearing at Starhub. Nothing to do, cannot visit CS... Play Solitare all the way, casue I got no comp games. At least I could still do some long needed photo editing.

Recently i very fed up with Starhub that i terminated my maxonline 6500 & went to get singnet 3mbps... i went on Monday... the person said Friday then will be in active... Tuesday 1st day no net nevermind... Wednesday cannot liao... went to net cafe to check mails etc... thursday night after 12am i connected up the singnet... but no signal... Friday morning tried again, still no signal... called the technical help line the person said only after 5pm then it comes into effect... sianz...

In the mean time no net connection... i cleared up my p.c, dumped a lot of things that i no longer used, free up some hdd space, defragment the drives etc...

My current Singnet 3mbps is really faster than my previous Maxonline 6500...

Nowadays, we can't live without internet anymore. Juz like cellphone, we can't live without it.. internet and hp become our basic needs...

but without the internet,you'll realised that you've wasted so much time with your pc and so many things could be done too with the time spent on net.that time my pc down was angry and glad at the same time. so contradicting

I moved out recently and due to technical complications and what not, I'm still waiting for broadband to be hooked up at my new place. Almost 3 weeks with no internet at home oledi, and I feel like dying. Coming home is so sian because I can't go on the internet! Nothing else to do at home leh...:sticktong

In this day and age, the internet culture is a way of life. But I wonder if anyone of you can tahan without internet?

think most of the seasoned CSkopitiamers will not be able to take 24hour of server down... let alone 1 week of no internet access...

Day 1 - Start to scratch finger...
Day 2 - Start to bang fist...
Day 3 - Start to have delusion...
Day 4 - Start to have withdrawal symptoms... shivering, anxiety attack...
Day 5 - Start to get suicidal...
Day 6 - Found loitering around high rise building...
Day 7 - Found on ground level motionless...

Day 8 - CANNOT TAHAN, borrow bandwidth from nice neighbour's unsecured network.. Internet connected... rise from the dead, machiam like Neo... :bsmilie:

Day 20 - Police knock on door.. got arrested..
Day 21 - Clubsnapper's photo on newspaper.. :bsmilie:
