The breaking up of cassette tape and forming the picture.. Is it a AE plug in or?

Its just very good photoshop. The lack of motion blur is a dead giveaway of traditional stop motion photography. Don't ask me how to define the paintbrush and stroke the path with the cassette tape pattern. That is in the Photoshop manual.
