take care of the recruits. too many ppl die lately liao. the most recent one was a suicide case with 1st batt guards. poor guy was on high fever, went to hospital, probably delirious already.

SAF BMT should have regular officers and not NS boys in charge. These officers should be at least 30 years old, mature enough to take good care of the boys.

While we also want to train new leaders, OCT are for leading a group but not a platoon. Regular in the army should also be seconded out to police or public service to gain exposure and interaction with public. I notice many 'retired' officers are lost and can not fit into society as they live in a dream world too long.

anyways the civil service is part of the gahmen, which also includes the SAF. if they condemn and can back it up, good. if not, just treat as noise. if you take issue with them, prove it to them that they are wrong.

otherwise you sit there snipe snipe also no difference imo.

meanwhile i'll just eat popcorn around once in a while.

i don't support the goverment. i support common sense.

I don't see any political issue here. Some points mentioned by Bukitimah are quite valid.
