Blank negative

Pre rinise then develop arista premium 400 in Ildord DD-X for 11min at 24C then Stop Bath for 1min then Rapid Fixer for 5min neg came out blank only plastic itself. Not sure got a bad batch or wrong developing method. I try another roll see what happen.

Not even the name of the film and frame numbers appear on the neg at all?

Nothing at all. today i try shoot a roll and see how it will it develop normally.

no members at all..... either film is bad or chemical is bad,

my guess developer is bad, how old is your developer?

developer is 2 months+ old.I develop ilford delta 400 pushed to 1600 2 days ago and it turn out alright. i guess it might be bad batch of films.

probably, you need another roll of other brand film to confirm this film is bad.

Sometimes silly things happen (like diluting diluted developer, etc)

Or developing using fixer and fixing using developer :embrass:

Did that happen to you? Hahaha. The worst thing I've done is to dilute diluted fixer ... thank goodness it could be fixed.

yup I think once. and the other worst thing I've done is forget to empty out the prerinse water :bsmilie:

Just developed AP 400 in DD-X and wait for it to dry. I guessed i used fixer as developer.
