Hi guys i am thinking of getting a H6N and XLR NTG-1 for the audio on my black magic, as H6N has 4 XLR inputs so supposing i am lazy to sync the audio...

-H6N XLR to XLR cable to Mic on port 1 and H6N XLR to TRS cable on port 2 plugged into audio input on blackmagic.

If i connect it this way whill i get the audio in sync or will i get 2 seperate audio tracks instead?
Anyone knows?

H6 XLR is input only. The only out ports are the 3.5mm phone and 3.5mm line out.
For audio recording, you have to decide whether the audio circuits of the BMPCC is good enough for you.
IF not, you have to go dual system (record audio on another device) and sync in post.
If you are comfortable with the BMPCC circuits, then you only need a micpre to power the NTG and not a recorder.
JuicedLink is fine for that.

If you do not trust the BMPCC circuits and only need a shotgun mic for all your audio recording, get the Shure lenshopper shotgun recorder
You don't need a seperate recorder as the mic has one built-in. You can monitor audio via the phone out on the lenshopper.

If you need the flexibility to record dual system with other mics, consider the Tascam DR60, This is specially designed to go under a camera and deliver output as well as internal recording.

Like most dual system DSLR solutions, the output-to-cam is meant only as a reference track and hence the unbalanced 3.5mm line-out.
For balanced output and internal recording to SDcard, there is perhaps only Sound device recorders
