Better Beemer Flash Extender

Hi from Penang!

I got somebody going to Singapore tomorrow and am wondering if any of you know where on earth I can get a Better Beemer Flash Extender? The kind you use for birding.....

I have done a search in the forums for this product and it turned up zero.

I need the FX-1B for the SB-800.

I personally would stear CLEAR from T*W unless they are the ONLY place that still has stock and u DESPEARATELY need it! Was conned by them before. :angry: Once bitten, twice shy liao!

I rather place an order from another shop and WAIT! Prices quoted by them for a similar item is also higher. I rather spend my hard earned $$ somewhere else. Attitude also. TOTALLY LOUSY experiences there.

P.S. I have NOTHING against T*W, this are my own personal experiences. Anyone else share similar experiences too? :bsmilie:

tsechien, dun mind my OT a little, thought you should know (of mine and others' experiences) before your frind makes the trip down and wastes his precious time! Anyway do call or email the below mentioned shops before hand to confirm the availability.

Nope, T*W (Peninsula Hotel) is across the road from the building which (Cathay Peninsula Plaza) is in. Different buildings.

TCW is the only place that sells the flash extender in Singapore. They cost $75 each (no kidding !). I have tested a few designs and still rates this as one of the best around.

Currently they dont have stock for canon...and nikon only old flash model has stock. For SB800 no more stock..cos they say got new flash extender model in May...so they didnt order until then...went they last sat....$70 each
