I'm wondering what's the best way to print pictures off a digicam with my own printer. Specifically, what software would be best, and with what dpi settings? If my camera and printer are both pictbridge capable, would that be the best way of printing (assuming I don't wanna do any editing of the picture)?
I currently have pictures taken from 2 cameras - a Nikon Coolpix2500 (doesn't support pictbridge) and a Minolta Dimage Xg (pictbridge compatible), and my printer is a Canon i560 (pictbridge compatible). I have Adobe Photoshop CS installed as well as the Minolta Dimage Viewer, but I'm not sure if those are the best software to use for printing photos.
