Benedict, my contact details are in my PM to you which I had sent on March 1 2005.
I just discovered that the serial no. on the 5D cam differs from what is on the warranty card and the receipt.
Infact, the receipt, cam & warranty card all have unique serial nos.
As the 5D needs to be sent for servicing, I would like to know how this discrepancy came about and what you or Bestcam can do to rectify this.
My mistake for not checking thoroughly when I collected the cam from u.:embrass:
